The Studio by Sew in Stitches

By accessing this website and/or purchasing products, classes, memberships, or services from The Studio by Sew in Stitches (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Studio by Sew in Stitches provides:

• In-person classes and events 
• Virtual classes and educational content 
• Membership-based access to studio space and/or online communities 
• Retreats and workshops 
• Physical and digital products 

This website also serves as a hub connecting you to our associated brands:

• Sew Wise Quilter 
• The Busy Bee Quilter 
• The Great Quilting Adventure 

Each brand may have additional terms specific to its offerings.

• Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. 
• Your spot in a class or event is not guaranteed until payment is received. 
• Prices are subject to change without notice. 

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may receive store credit. 
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. 

• No-shows forfeit all payments and are not eligible for refunds or credit. 

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or events. 
• If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or credit. 

• Memberships (if applicable) are billed on a recurring basis. 
• Members may cancel at any time unless otherwise stated in a specific membership agreement. 
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. 

Membership benefits, pricing, and structure are subject to change with notice.

Retreats and multi-day events may have separate cancellation policies, which will be provided at the time of registration.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Deposits may be non-refundable 
• Cancellation timelines may differ from standard class policies 

All content provided through classes, videos, patterns, downloads, and materials is the property of The Studio by Sew in Stitches and its associated brands.

You may not:

• Reproduce 
• Distribute 
• Resell 
• Share access 

without written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm our business or other users.

We are not liable for:

• Personal injury occurring during classes or events 
• Loss or damage to personal property 
• Technical issues related to online classes or platforms 

Participation in classes and events is at your own risk.

We may use third-party platforms such as:

• Payment processors 
• Course platforms (e.g., Searchie, MemberVault) 
• Email marketing services 

We are not responsible for the policies or performance of these third-party services.
